Polyethylene wax is the only known plastic lubricant that can provide both internal and external lubrication, while maintaining high transparency and having little impact on gelation. In addition, the low volatility characteristics of PE wax are extremely important for rolling and vacuum degassing.

The various excellent functions of PE wax:
1. Able to endow rolling, extrusion, injection, and blow molding equipment with excellent metal peel resistance
2. It does not affect the transparency of PVC mixture, and the dosage range is 1 ‰ to 5 ‰
3. Even under high temperature processing of PVC, it can maintain good viscosity
4. Ensure good stability of PVC pipes under high temperature conditions
5. It can improve the dispersibility of PVC fillers and increase their impact strength
6. Minimize the processing energy consumption of PVC during extrusion molding

7. It can increase extrusion speed without any impact on appearance
8. No precipitation or migration will occur within a reasonable dosage range
9. It can improve the surface gloss of the product
10. It can reduce the buildup generated
The main function of PE wax as an external lubricant is to improve the friction between polymer melt and the hot metal surface of processing equipment. It has poor compatibility with polymers and is prone to migration from the melt to the outside, thus forming a thin layer of lubrication at the interface between plastic melt and metal.
