1.  Appearance recognition method

The larger the volume, the better the quality; otherwise, the quality is poor.

The longer the storage time, the better the quality; on the contrary, it is difficult to save, the quality is unstable, the shorter the       

storage time, the worse the quality.

2.  Spray area identification method

For two powder coating products of the same quality, the larger the spraying area, the better the quality; on the contrary, some

powders with lower unit prices are better filled inferiorly, and the spraying area is greatly reduced, which ultimately leads to

increased costs.

3.  Baking identification method

Observation of the powder baking process, there is no large amount of smoke generated during the baking process, it proves to be

high-quality powder; and if a large amount of smoke is found, it can clearly indicate that the quality is very poor.

4.  Recognition method of appearance and gloss of finished products after baking

Good powder has good gloss and can maintain relative gloss for a long time. The poor powder gloss works well when just baked,

and it starts to lose gloss after a few months.

5. Adhesion and aging identification method

The good powder has strong adhesion and toughness, and can maintain non-powdering and aging for several years. The poor

powder has poor adhesion and is very brittle. It begins to age and powder from 3 months to half a year after spraying.

6. High temperature identification method

Adjust the temperature to 220-230 ℃, keep it warm for 10-15 minutes, good powder, good temperature resistance and weather

resistance, after high temperature baking, the color change is small, the gloss does not change much. Poor powder, poor temperature

and weather resistance, severe discoloration and dull gloss after high temperature baking.

7. Environmental protection Identification Law

The powder materials that are tested for environmental protection are all produced by large factories, and environmental protection

is guaranteed. Poor materials and recycled powder, there is no way to ensure that environmental protection does not exceed the

standard for a long time.
