It has excellent external lubrication and strong internal lubrication, which can improve the production efficiency of plastic processing.

At room temperature, it has good moisture resistance, strong chemical resistance, excellent electrical performance, and can improve the appearance of the finished product. The main application range of polyethylene wax: It can be widely used in the manufacturing of color masterbatch, granulation, plastic steel, PVC pipes, hot melt adhesive, rubber, shoe polish, leather brightener, cable insulation material, floor wax, plastic profiles, ink, injection molding and other products.

Next, let’s select several representative industries to see how much polyethylene wax is added in these industries:
1. Hot melt adhesive. It can mprove the flowability of products based on polyolefins or EVA. it is recommended to add 10-30%.
2. PVC. As an external lubricant for hard PVC products, it is recommended to add 0.5-1 phr.
3. Thermoplastic road signs. Using hydrocarbon resin as the base material. it is recommended to add 2-8%.
4. Color masterbatch. It can improve the dispersion effect of pigments and fillers in polyolefin based materials, and it is recommended to add 5-10%.
5. Fiber optic cable filling. It can improve the shielding effect of moisture erosion. it is recommended to add 5-10phr.

6. Rubber. It can protect rubber from the erosion of static ozone and improve the dispersibility of carbon black in rubber. It is recommended to add 2-10phr.
7. Candles. It can improve the opacity, mechanical properties, and prolong the burning time of candles. It is recommended to add 1-4%.
