1. Barrel temperature
Each kind of material has its own melting temperature range. If the temperature is low, the material will not melt well. If the temperature is high, it will decompose, so we must choose the appropriate temperature. However, there are some differences in the temperature control system of injection molding machine, so we should learn to watch the rubber head to analyze whether the temperature is appropriate.
There is abnormal sound in gluing, obvious incomplete melting granular particles on the material, and the fluidity is not very good, which indicates that the temperature is too low and needs to be increased.

2. Mold temperature
Mold temperature directly affects the size of the product. In general, it is better to set it according to the material category in the mold testing stage, and adjust it slightly according to the product quality, without considering the change in mass production.
When the mold temperature is high, the melt fluidity is good, which is conducive to forming, but the product shrinkage increases, and the size will be smaller.
When the mold temperature is low, the melt fluidity is poor, which is not conducive to forming, but the product shrinkage decreases and the size is relatively large.
Mold temperature not only affects the size of the product, but also determines the crystallinity. When mold temperature is high, the crystallinity is large, and when mold temperature is low, the crystallinity is small.
Mold temperature also has a certain impact on the strength of the product. When the mold temperature is low, the fluidity of the product becomes poor, then the fusion of the bonding line position will be affected, and the bonding line strength will be significantly reduced. Moreover, when the mold temperature is low, the crystallinity is low, and the strength is correspondingly low.
3. drying temperature
Some materials with trace water molecules will accelerate the decomposition of polymers, such as PC, PBT, etc., so they must be fully dried before molding.
If a certain amount of dryness is not in place, it will not only accelerate the decomposition of the material, but also produce a large number of bubbles. The fluidity will also become very good, and it is easy to produce bad effects such as drape front. So it must be dry before molding.
