Wax is divided into emulsion form, flake and micronized wax. 3. Floating effect: regardless of the particle shape of the wax, the wax drifts to the surface of the film during film formation and is evenly dispersed, so that the top layer of the film is protected by wax and shows the characteristics of wax.

In the application, the wax powder is mostly compound, and there are also two application methods: pre addition and post mixing. The post mixed wax is micro powder wax with small particle size, and large particle wax should be mixed and extruded with raw materials.
The production of polyethylene wax with less than 1% can be increased and mechanical wear can be reduced when extrusion. Especially in the case of more fine powder, the effect is obvious.
